Turbulence 2 Trailer released

I recently released the turbulence trailer and am happily posting it everywhere for everyone to see, hopefully a lot of people remember the movie, it’s almost been a year since I released part 1.

Turbulence 2 comes October 9, 2009!

And If you are asking about the release I am so bad with time now it is almost impossible to have everything done, I wish I could but I can’t Also, the trailer is not short because I was lazy, I just felt that the trailer from part 1 was too long and gave out WAY to much. So this secrete little trailer for part 2 is very breif (maybe you can think of what will happen next?) I’m not letting you down, I’m just locking myself in my basement and making part 2 better than the first! Be patient with me, and let’s hope that everything goes well and October 9 is a sucessful day for the release.

I hate bad times

About 2 days ago (after summer school) I came home and decided to film actual scenes on the plane set for Turbulence 2. I was inspired after listening to music (latin hyms, remixes, acoustics) – I’m werid like that

I entered the game, since I was building sets prior to, until something unusual happened… I was going to edit some characters on the plane to make them look better (mains and extras) and I was moving around sets when all of a sudden, the game CRASHED . fml fml fml

Here was the day killer:

WTF? Was my initial reaction. I have never gotten an error like this.

So I restarted the game and returned to the lot to do the exact same, this time I managed to film a little. Then out of no where -

Hoorah! Another one. Great.

After instead of restarting again I check to see the footage I got, and again- NOTHING. The game could not even record, the .avi file in my movies folder had an error when I tried to play it . So it came to my surprise I had better start looking for answers.

I spent a good 2 hours looking for what to do, everything I found said to re-install (wchich I though, NO) I can’t reinstall, not now. Other information told me to reinstall DirectX so I tried, and guess what…

AGAIN . You probably already knew, right?

So I felt like killing someone.

Then I figured, I’ll reboot, then enter the game and go to another lot and see what happens. Nothing happened, the game was normal, I played around for 2 hours and even filmed (succesfully). I returned to the plane set and it crashed again.

I was relieved it was not the game but the lot.

But this has 2 sides to it, one side the game is safe, no reinstall, no pain. The other side: I have to rebuild and remake an entire 50 sims to add to a new set, AGAIN which takes an eternity.

So I decided to move on to other scenes which are not on the plane (which are quite a couple) and I sent lines to Vlad from SBN2 for the SBN2 special that ties into the movie.

I hate when bad things happen at the right time. Why why why.

fml.

DID U GET THE SIMS 3?!

No, I didn’t get The Sims 3. As much I would love to, it would most likely end up under my desk chilling with some dust bunnies. I have to give it props though, it looks amazing from the natural and building elements only. After that it’s kind of like, meh. If only there was some patch for the sims 2 to improve all the small things in the sims 2 to make it look like the sims 3, if only.. Messages caught up, even one asking if Turbulence 2 was gonna be in the sims 3- of course, I ignored them all and just decided to make this. It would be hard to get the sims 3, I started with sims very young, and to start all over again just like I did with the sims 2 when I was 12, would be too much. And I’m kind of broke, I can’t go out and buy it, besides, I’m saving up for freetime and apartment life still- yeah I know, late.

But on the bright side, TS3 is being cracked and hacked like mad. I think I saw a no ZZZ hack and another one online. That’s good, people will begin to catch up, but I still see no use if there will be animation boxes for a while. I guess I’ll just be a lurker for machinima made with the game. I have already seen one that was okay, except the sims and the inside detail like the furniture etc. looks horrible. It’s probably just me because I’m weird like that.

See? I don’t know, I have to consider the fact that there is no CC yet for the game, but the new CAS has everything loaded, more than TS2.
